    Advanced Engineering Launch Coordinator


    SRG Global, a premier supplier of plastic finish solutions for the automotive industry, is seeking a driven Launch Coordinator to join the Advanced Engineering team at the Advanced Development Center in Taylor, Michigan. The Advanced Engineering Launch Coordinator will provide the development continuity and technical support in the product development process to ensure production readiness and delivery execution at SRG Global's manufacturing facilties.


    A Day In The Life Typically Includes


    • Work with team to ensure program launch (and tool move) activities are executed in accordance with committed product requirements
    • Ensure Executional Excellence of all ADC Development deliverables and monitor all report status of each tool
    • Support the prototype and pilot product builds during the ADC development cycle
    • Provide “voice of the customer” feedback during the preproduction builds and clearly link these to ADC operator work instructions and inspection standards
    • Assist Engineering and Quality to identify, escalate and resolve issues that may impede DV, Appearance and dimensional performance approval
    • Work with cross-functional teams to communicate all program open issues as they relate to ADC development


    What You Will Need?


    • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5 years of manufacturing experience in Quality or Engineering preferred
    • Knowledge of World Class 5S and Safety Requirement
    • Possess knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, Gage R & R, Capability study
    • Must have ability to monitor, track, control and report Product Development status through ADC process
    • Possess excellent analytical skills with the ability to read, interpret and develop statistical reports, calculations, Engineering requirement and customer Specifications
    • Ability to use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish business goals
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to deal effectively with all levels; from Plant floor to Senior Management
    • Knowledge of Injection Molding and/or Plating process is preferred
    • Ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency
    • Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 or ISO 17025 is preferred
