    A Day In The Life Typically Includes

    The SRG Global Customer Service Clerk is to provide leadership and instruction to the area employees, and ensure product is being shipped. They will also interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about accounts, products, and services while having a customer focus and a passion for creating value. 



    • Handle and resolve minor customer complaints and/or special orders
    • Answer customers’ questions regarding products or services
    • Follow-through with each open issue to assist with satisfactory solution
    • Maintain complaint files for future reference
    • Process orders / inquiries and conduct follow-up in achievement of Customer Satisfaction and support of Business objectives
    • Comply with all Safety, PPE, and 5S requirements
    • Manage customer websites

    What You Will Need

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
    Computer skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is preferred.
    Strong verbal and written communications skills as well as problem solving skills are important.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedures and define processes.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.

    Physical Requirements:

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
    The employee is frequently required to stand and walk, use hands to finger dexterity, handle and feel, reach with arms and hands, and talk and hear.

    Work environment:

    Work environment may include an office environment and working on the manufacturing production floor.  Noise levels are moderate.  The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those employees may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.  Working conditions in some areas require that personal protective equipment be worn including but not limited to steel toed shoes, eye protection, hearing protection, and gloves. All employees of SRG are expected to comply with the safety policies.
