    SRG Global is seeking you to become our next Maintenance Team Member!

    A Day In The Life Typically Includes

    • Responsible for the safe performance of all duties
      • Adherence to all State and Federal OSHA codes and regulations
      • Adherence to all SRG Health, Safety, and Environmental rules and regulations
    • Responsible for the maintenance of plant equipment and facilities
      • Completion of preventive maintenance work orders
      • Completion of corrective work orders
    • Assures proper communication is maintained for the department
      • Maintenance Supervisor
      • Team members of associated departments
      • Lead Maintenance & Facilities Engineer
    • Responsible for maintaining the data entry into the MP2 tracking system
      • Work order completion data
      • Spare parts inventory activity
    • Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of all Maintenance areas
    • Contribute to TPM, Kaizen, and CIP activities

    What You Will Need?

    • 2 to 3 years of Industrial Maintenance experience
    • Technical degree in a related field of study preferred
    • Written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong industrial maintenance skills, preferably injection molding or painting
      • Electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, welding
      • PLC and robotic maintenance and programming
      • Systems troubleshooting
      • Industrial control systems
      • Tool room and machining
    • Responsible for training other maintenance technicians in one of the following areas:
      • Electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, welding
      • PLC and robotic maintenance and programming
      • Systems troubleshooting
      • Industrial control systems
      • Tool room and machining
      • Van Dorn injection molding
      • Eisenmann paint system
    • Must be able to walk, bend, stand, climb and lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
    • Basic computer literacy
    • Willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment
    • Ability to function in a lean manufacturing environment
    • Must be willing to work night shift on a 12 hour 2-2-3 schedule from 7pm to 7am.

    Physical Requirements

    • Lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
    • Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures & perform work indoors/outdoors as needed
    • Frequently required to stand and walk; use hands to finger fine manipulation, handle, and feel; reach with arms and hands above head; talk and hear
    • Sometimes required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or sit
    • Specific vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
