Plating Maintenance Project Engineer
The role of the Project/Maintenance Engineer is to manage equipment, safety, environmental improvements across plating department. The Project/Maintenance Create the value by designing and modifying system of procedures and regulation for maintenance team along with improving preventive and predictive maintenance.
Desired Skills and Experience:
To perform this job an individual has to be self-motivated, be able to work effectively without supervision, have excellent presentation and communication skills, be proficient with CAD, possibly simulation software, hands on job. To be successful at this position the project/maintenance engineer has to able to work productive in the fast peace environment, think outside the box, show results in timely manner.
Education and/or Experience: BS Mechanical Engineering; at least two years of experience in a related position.
Be proficient or experienced with: Design and visualization software such as AutoCad, SolidWorks or similar, project management and supervisor skills, technical understanding, MS Office software: Excel, MS Project, Word, Power Point, time management and organization skills, understanding statistical principles to determine MTBF, MTTF
Be familiar with: maintenance software (such as maintenance connection or similar)

Physical demands: The employee is frequently required to stand and walk, use hands to finger, handle, and feel, reach with arms and hands, and talk and hear. The employee is sometimes required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and sit. Specific vision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, and depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to lift up to 10 - 50 lbs. daily.

The employee will be exposed to toxic and corrosive chemicals.

The noise level is moderate.
The employee will need to wear all protective equipment relevant to working with hazardous chemicals.
