    The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment and fulfillment of assigned positions. Successful Recruiter candidates will be resourceful, consultative, process driven, and a relationship builder. The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge, as well as expert level compliance knowledge to reach the best possible candidate experience.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Hunt/Source and phone screen candidates and recommend the most qualified ones to hiring teams
    • Use networking skills to persuade passive candidates into exploring new opportunities
    • Engage social media to promote opportunities to passive and active candidates
    • Scour all resources available to gather candidates’ information to fill current and future openings
    • Use internal tools, data and systems to understand the marketplace and educate hiring teams
    • Lead Recruitment Strategy calls with hiring managers and HRBPs
    • Lead weekly/bi-weekly status meetings with hiring managers and HRBPs
    • Ability to understand a variety of job descriptions as well as strong industry knowledge
    • Creation and marketing of compelling job postings
    • Candidate assessment and selection techniques
    • Willingness to be trained on the latest and greatest sourcing techniques…!

     Basic qualifications include:

    • Bachelor’s or equivalent 4-year degree from accredited University
    • 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing or inside sales experience
    • Charismatic and fearless communication skills
    • Track record of success providing consultative support to hiring managers and other customer groups

    Preferred qualifications include:

    • Foundational understanding/experience of modern talent sourcing techniques. We provide training but want people who are hungry and self-learners
    • The ability to prioritize, organize and manage a large amount of information
    • Exceptional ability to find things on the internet (in this case, people!)
