    • Identify, cultivate and drive to execution new global business opportunities that align with the company’s competitive advantages and priorities. These opportunities include potential new upstream and downstream business models associated with new products, digital technology, new manufacturing processes or downstream glass fabrication.
    • Lead point of view development which is developing an understanding of the profit drivers of a market which include supply, demand, trends, alternatives, pricing, etc.
    • Establish knowledge networks to gather best knowledge to inform decision making
    • Complete value chain, SWOT & profitability analysis to determine opportunity for investment
    • Identify long-trategterm competitive advantages, scalability and capabilities needed for success for each identified business opportunity
    • Frame up business opportunities, including economic analysis, risk and opportunities and business/execution plans
    • Prepare executive level business plans and recommendations



    • 7+ years’ experience in Strategic Marketing or Business/Corporate Development with increasing responsibility\
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance or Economics
    • Experience leading teams
    • Strong analytical and economic thinking skills
    • Demonstrated success working with cross functional teams on a global scale
    • Performing market analysis & creating business plans
    • Ability to provide senior level presentations and make business recommendations


    Preferred Skills:

    • Market Analysis, point of view work and business planning
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
    • Strong analytical and economic thinking skills
