    A Day In The Life Typically Includes

    Summary of Position: 

    • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
    • All financial reporting is accurate, submission timescales met, and is policy compliant.
    • Business Partner for Operations and Regional Leadership.



    • Perform frequent structured business reviews of financial results with the local management team.
    • Identification and support for operational efficiency, cost analysis and leadership for active cost management of “controllable costs”.
    • Own core decision making tools: sales and profitability analysis, cost modelling update as needed and adjust based on requirements, monthly analyze variances between standard and actual costs, and forecasting models.
    • Support the creation and realization of the locations business strategy, initiatives (including any capital projects), and KPI’s to drive achievement of the location annual business plan (AOP).
    • Financial lead of potential capex projects, alternative reviews and justification and drive post completion reviews.
    • Perform budget reviews; Challenge monthly spending by cost type and department etc.
    • Identify cost saving potentials, define projects for realization and seek for completion.
    • Maintain appropriate levels of financial literacy within the location.



    • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or economics.
    • 3-6 years' experience in business administration in a production/manufacturing environment is a strong asset. 
    • Experienced in the usage of ERP systems and higher Excel level.
    •  Fluent in English and Spanish.
