    Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing the existing Fabrication Process Team. You will be responsible for creating value through driving process improvement through your team with a clear focus on safety, quality and production. You will be capable of taking the lead in new product developments and maximising manufacturing capabilities whilst leading CapEx projects in a team-based environment taking advantage of your excellent relationship building.


    For our location in Goole, UK, we are looking for Fabrication Process Manager.



    • Your role will focus on supporting the business in the pursuit of Health & Safety excellence through process improvements within the function.
    • Through managing your team successfully using performance management you will be responsible for developing individuals within your team.
    • You will be effective in communicating within the team and across other areas of the business in order to build buy in and support for improvements
    • You will facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action planning for the Fabrication lines.
    • You will be responsible for monitoring performance and analysing this information to then drive the business forward.




    The ideal candidate will:

    • You will be educated to degree level or above with managerial experience in a demanding manufacturing environment.
    • Be a result driven individual who can work well alone and as part of a wider team who is always aiming to deliver what you set out to achieve but unafraid to make mistakes and learn from them.
    • You will have excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with a diverse range of people.
