    Guardian is seeking Segment Manager based in Bangkok, Thailand. This position will be responsible for strategy with a full accountability on demand creation activities.


    In this role you will work closely with sales team and proactively develop and manage a network of influencers such as architects, designer, developer to drive sales growth through the specifying process of Guardian products.


    A Day In The Life Typically Includes

    Key Responsibilities


    • Define Value proposition for each key influencer in assigned target segments.
    • Responsible for developing and drive execution of strategy for each segment.
    • Manage and grow prospect pipeline. Actively drive existing prospects to successful closure mobilizing internal resources for support as necessary. Continue to add new prospects to meet design-win objectives.
    • Work closely with marketing communication team to develop marketing collaterals relevant to market needs
    • Monitor and analyse sales volumes, pipeline activities and competition activities within the assigned segment
    • Work with relevant capabilities to develop business growth strategies, goals and ensure goals and strategies are properly and effectively communicated, understood and applied
    • Develop deep customer relationships from working level to senior levels
    • Coach and mentor team on skills and competencies.
    • Proactively seek and implement best practices to continuously improve sales force effectiveness.


    • University Degree in any related fields and MBA would be an advantage.
    • Experiences in the Real Estate / Construction / Glass industries with proven experiences in demand creation / marketing or business development including all aspects; prospecting of new clients, networking within industries, selling to specification and multiple steps sales processes.
    • Demonstrated knowledge and success within the specifying process from inception to completion and how to affect the multiple-steps to drive revenue.
    • Proven proactive and consistent approach to lead generation and account management throughout the lifecycle of account acquisition, sales processes and over all relationship maintenance.
    • A strong and influential presenter in front of large groups. Ability to present at all levels of an organization in various communication modes.
    • A strong strategic thinker/planner who is capable of analysing and continually improving a multi-step and multi-strategy.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify and understand market, client and stakeholder needs in order to develop or better position the company resources to meet those needs.
    • Ethical with strong integrity towards the organisation.
