    Quality Liaison Supervisor



    As a Quality Liaison Supervisor, this individual will be responsible to perform a wide variety of Quality/Logistic support functions. This person will act as liaison between customers in America (NA & SA) and SRG Global Suzhou / Xiaogan; apply detailed program knowledge in collecting and/or creating reports using customer information. They will be a direct point of contact for customers when urgent containment action or when some representation is needed.


    The ideal candidate will possess the skills and knowledge sought below but, of equal importance, he or she will be self-motivated, possess a positive attitude, and be a creative thinker. This is a “hands-on” position that will work across the global organization in a competitive atmosphere. Working effectively with cross-functional teams is crucial for success.



    • Customer liaison for plant visits, customer issues (Quality / Logistics) , reporting corrective actions.
    • Responsible for 3rd party sorting at customer, reporting / controlling the rejection and quality cost.
    • Manage customer complaints together with Quality/SCM Engineer team in SRG Global Suzhou / Xiaogan
    • Manage customer indicator KPI and critical escalation process
    • Lead on SRG Global Farmington Plant Sorting activity (for SRG Global Suzhou product) and responsible for the quality cost control
    • Authorized to initiate containment action when needed.



    • Bachelor degree, preferably in an engineering technology field.
    • At least 8 years quality experience in factory, preferably in automotive quality.
    • Familiar with automotive tools, e.g. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.
    • Good problem-solving skills and good leadership during problem solving.
    • Good computer skills-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills especially for customer interaction.
    • Fluent oral and written English.
