    SRG Global is seeking to find a Global Vice President of Commercial.




    An ordinary day for a Global Vice President of Commercial:


    Corporate Commercial Strategy Worldwide

    • Work with the regional business units to define the Sales Strategy by customer worldwide and coordinate with Region Leaders / Business Owners its implementation.
    • Pipeline, product, segment and sales identified by customer to have a clear roadmap to 2023 goal.
    • Promote “Customer Focus” throughout the whole SRG Global organization.
    • Push the sales team to introduce a “New Product Line” per Year in one of our Core Customers and introduce SRG Global into Functional Product.
    • Provide Voice of the Customer feedback (including timing expectation) to Senior Team and Innovation team. Translate “voice of the customer” so that we can define market potential and strategy for new innovation/development projects

    Commercial Development and Sales

    • Analyze market conditions to provide organization with knowledge and perspective on customer / consumer dynamics
    • Develop Point of View (POV) of each competitor including global versus regional, SWOT analysis, market share, etc.
    • Lead organization efforts with Campfire, SOLID and production systems to develop timely and accurate long-range forecasts
    • Take actions that lead to value-add combinations that build upon SRG Global vision, vertical integration and/or functional extension
    • Lead the commercial teams globally with timely and accurate information that leads to better decision making
    • Apply the Decision-Making Framework (DMF) to business evaluation including:

    Innovation Development

    • Lead the innovation sales taking ownership of Glide Path, innovation roadmap and innovation booking objectives.
    • Support the Innovation team assess the financial viability of new ideas as well as provide early estimates of value creation or risk adjusted NPV evaluations. Develop and execute new product strategies that support Interiors and Innovation strategies
    • Perform business case assessments in coordination with Advanced Development Stage Gate process. Utilize knowledge from market conditions approach to defend or challenge capital & human resource deployment.
    • Translate AD / Innovation strategies into clear & actionable business development responsibilities


    • Define how SRG Global can create value in Non-Automotive business taking into consideration our 5-year plan innovation technologies.
    • With Innovation team use understanding of SRG Global innovation strategies that provide solutions to industry megatrends by developing specific actions to go-to-market
    • Develop the “ideal” manufacturing solution considering all the unique factors of Non-Auto: low volumes, seasonal sales, technical specifications, etc.
    • Identify the targeted customers, build relationships to identify key decision makers and develop the adequate selling strategy

    Business and Digital Transformation

    • Focus on how to be more efficient through process improvements, new tools or any other way they may consider. Non-value work is identified with plans to reduce.


    What You Will Need:

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales management in a business to business sales environment
    • Global management experience and exposure with ability to manage cross-cultural teams
    • Superb strategic and execution skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in automotive preferred
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and intercultural skills
    • Strong service, consulting and customer focus
    • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with internal staff and external stakeholders and especially customers.

    • Execute and able to deliver results quickly
