    SRG Global  is seeking you to become our next Product Launch Coordinator in Evansville, Indiana!

     

     The primary purpose of the position is to actively manage, coordinate and communicate all activities involved with developing and launching new product to plant manufacturing operations.

    A Day In The Life Typically Includes

     

    • Manage and lead in the coordination of new launch programs
    • Lead Cross Functional Teams in the design, development and implementation of new tooling
    • Manage Program Budgets
    • Manage Continuous Improvement activities on new program to meet department KPI’s (Improve productivity to quote / improve budget to quote / improve scrap rates to quote)
    • Travel to support tooling development and customer events
    • Interact with the Customer on program status
    • Coordinate engineering changes of customer driven engineering changes
    • Coordinate inventory levels of product targeted for engineering changes and new launch
    • Interaction with external customers and corporate engineering group

    What You Will Need?

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 3 years’ experience in project management (automotive strongly preferred)
    • Computer Skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, Project (Timelines) and Outlook
    • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
    • Hands on building of sample parts
    • Flexible work hours
    • Ability to stand or walk on concrete floor for 8+ hours; lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
    • Requires hand, arm, back, and leg strength; Also bending and squatting ability
    • Must have eye, foot, and hand coordination, and be able to do repetitive grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine motor manipulation
    • Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures & perform work indoors / outdoors as needed
    • Must have regular and predictable attendance
