    Customer Quality Engineer



    Perform a wide variety of Quality Engineer support functions for Plant Quality Manager. Act as liaison between customers and SRG, SRG and supplier; apply detailed program knowledge in collecting and/or creating reports using customer information. Issue requests for internal corrective actions and coordinate the closure.




    • Complaint information clarification and verification
    • Containment actions coordination and management (e.g. sorting cost, timing, delivery …)
    • Problem solving coordination
    • Customer site visit and verify the effectiveness of actions
    • PPM confirmation and monitoring ( customer site and webpage)
    • Comply with EHS system’s requirements
    • Comply with IATF16949 requirements




    • Bachelor degree, preferably in an engineering technology field
    • 4-6 years experience in automotive quality
    • Familiar with automotive tools, e.g. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.
    • Good problem solving skills.
    • Good computer skills-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills especially for customer interaction.
    • Fluent oral and written English and Japanese
