    Advanced Quality Engineer



    Perform a wide variety of Quality Engineer support functions for Quality Manager. Act as liaison between customers and SRG, SRG and supplier; apply detailed program knowledge in collecting and/or creating reports using customer information. Issue requests for internal corrective actions and coordinate the closure.




    • Management of customer complain and concerns
    • Correct 8D method implemented.
    • Attend 8D meeting when necessary.
    • Review 8D to make sure the quality of 8D.
    • Timely close of 8D. Customer liaison for plant visits, customer issues and corrective actions.
    • Set up and improve internal quality monitoring system.
    • Drive for quality improvement with the internal quality check data
    • Improve training system.
    • Rework/sorting process management
    • Manage customer complains, as the window of feedback to customer.
    • Manage supplier quality, including supplier visit, issue complaint and drive issue to close in timely manner.
    • Support plant continuous improvement / scrap reduction projects.
    • Maintain inspection instructions and coach trainer/inspectors.
    • Responsible for development, application and maintenance of quality standards for processes, materials and products.
    • Authorized to stop line when abnormal quality split occurs.
    • Comply with EHS system’s requirements.
    • Comply with IATF16949 requirements



    • Bachelor degree, preferably in an engineering technology field.
    • At least 5 years quality experience in factory, preferably in automotive quality.
    • Familiar with automotive tools, e.g. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.
    • Good problem solving skills and good leadership during problem solving.
    • Good computer skills-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills especially for customer interaction.
    • Fluent oral and written English.
