    • Portfolio Management
      • Manage the profitability of a portfolio of products by creating product and asset roadmaps while maintaining life-cycle accountability for existing and future products
      • Represent marketing, sales, and the voice of the customer while working with cross-functional teams to develop new products or services
      • Create organizational and operational alignment around servicing products with long-term value
      • Manage competitive position of products through competitive analysis, creating market-driven product specifications
      • Supporting product positioning through marketing and sales with product data, literature, tools, and technical product information
    • Technical Expertise
      • Follow technical industry trends and codes to anticipate the impact on product relevance
      • Understand end-use impact on product performance to drive value in product creation
      • Be a technical liaison of technical product knowledge to marketing communications, brand management, and sales as needed
    • Team Collaboration
      • Work closely with Operations, Market Development and Innovation team to create products and services consistent with the segment strategy
      • Work closely with operations and product development to understand asset capability, development timing, and required investment
      • Communicate effectively with leadership and other organizational areas



    • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering
    • 7-10 years experience in automotive, appliance, electronic or other technical industries. Skills in product management, project management, product development, manufacturing, business ownership, or related experience is required
    • Proven business acumen, cross-functional teamwork, prioritization, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and analytical thinking
