    We are currently looking for an Integration Leader for our new plant (Poland 2)  in Czestochowa. This role will be leading Poland 2 project team and support capabilities from an operations point of view to deliver the goals and objectives and all elements of the project within the time frame and funding parameters following our operations excellence framework.

    A Day In The Life Typically Includes

    • Project lead for overall Safety, Environment & Quality management, accountable for delivering project milestones within the expected timeline
    • Develop strategies and initiatives to mitigate Poland 2 project impact on existing operations
    • Identify and mitigate risks that could affect project performance (business goals, cost, schedule, operations and compliance)
    • Be the Voice of Operations in Poland 2 project to inject critical operations knowledge and requirements
    • Drive the project with a change management approach, whilst conveying discipline
    • Recommend staff for program/project implementation
    • Own the regular project status reporting, including leading and lagging indicators (KPI)
    • Contribute to maintain project records and ensure appropriate project closure and effective lessons learnt transfer
    • Support to establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project


    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical/Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing or Industrial Technology.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in project leading
    • Fluent in English
    • Good project planning and scheduling skills
    • Experience in people management
    • High degree of safety awareness and understanding of safety rules and regulations
    • Good presentation skills
    • Self-motivated, results orientated and can prioritize workload with minimal supervision

    This position is intended to last 2 years until project is fully executed.
