    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

     

    • Deliver constructive guidance to employees to help advance the company culture
    • Interact frequently with employees and effectively address, document and monitor all employee relations issue
    • Ensure professional development of employees and managers at corporate headquarters and manufacturing facilities through in-depth training on company policies and other topics aligned to business strategy
    • Coordinate and facilitate building activities and communication meetings, and present general HR information at building functions
    • Manage HR employee data within payroll system, including transfers, new hires, terminations, salary modifications,
    • Keep employee records and files up to date and in compliance with applicable
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality while working with sensitive health, salary, and employment information
    • Other HR Projects related to the facilitation of company culture and employee engagement
    • Actively participate in the employment lifecycle, including interviewing candidates utilizing behavior-based interview techniques, preparing offer letters, on-boarding new hires, as well as conducting exit interviews.

     

    The ideal candidate will possess the following:

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
    • Ability to work independently with little supervision
    • At least one year of experience in HR Generalist or Coordinator position. 
    • Proven ability using HCM systems
    • Demonstrated ability to influence others via strong relationships and analytical
    • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Experience presenting in public
    • Detail-oriented, with excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Experience building relationships with diverse groups of people at all levels of the organization
