    Responsibilities

    The Americas team is seeking a flexible and agile candidate to support the development of strategic initiatives and capital projects.  Primary responsibilities include financial modeling, analysis, and project management in early development phases.  This role is designed to accelerate the application of a phased gate process which requires disciplined project planning by evaluating opportunity, vision fit, and alternatives to create value. 


    Responsibilities:

    • Financial modeling and analysis:
      • Focus on key drivers and market dynamics for new investment opportunities
      • Uses critical thinking to develop economic analyses and marginal evaluations
      • Prepares presentations on potential investments for senior management that identify and assess valuation, range of outcomes-based return profile, potential synergies, risks, etc

     

    • Project management in early phase development:
    • Coordinates the development of deliverables from gate to gate
    • Plans and schedules project meetings and gate reviews
    • Creates alignment through effective communication with key stakeholders
    • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
    • Coordinates resources availability
    • Provides deliverables and information to stakeholders
    • Documents and implements decisions of gate reviews

     

    Qualifications:

    • Highly effective communication skills, strategic thinker, analytical, and detail-oriented
    • Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business-related field
    • Ability to multi-task and contribute to several projects at any given time
    • Highly motivated to drive competitive project execution
    • Demonstrated analytical and financial modeling capability
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including MS Excel and PowerPoint
    • 2-5 years of experience in parallel roles. Early or growth stage investing experience a plus.
