    A Day In The Life Typically Includes


    • Extensive diary and inbox management
    • Preparing reports, presentations
    • Co-ordinating Executive Team meetings
    • Organising travel, accommodation, visas etc
    • Meeting and greeting visitors
    • Organising global video / telephone conferences
    • Building strong relationships at all levels both nationally and internationally
    • Attending meetings - collating agendas and taking minutes
    • Processing invoices and expense claims
    • Organising events and conferences
    • Office management
    • Electronic and hard copy file storage

    key requirements:

    • Previous senior level EA / PA experience within a corporate environment
    • Advanced MS Office and experience using Skype for Business/ CISCO
    • Experience managing complex dairies across multiple time zones
    • Exceptional spoken and written communication
    • Enthusiastic, confident, engaging personality
    • High attention to detail
