    Guardian is seeking Territory Sales Manager (TSM) based at East of Thailand. This position will be responsible for residential as well as commercial business for Thailand reporting to Reginal Sales Manager (RSM).

    In this role you will work closely with RSM and proactively develop and manage a network of glass processor distributor and glazing to drive sales growth through the sales process of Guardian products and selection by the contractor. Through research, solicitation and networking within the architectural and design community, you will actively promote and ensure commercial glass products are specified in the planning process of projects and that those products are purchased from us during the construction process.

    Responsibilities

    KEY RESPONSILIBILITIES:

    • Risk management in the area on both direct and in-direct account that could impact to the business.
    • Developing a relationship with existing and potential customer in the area with extraordinary experience on products and service.
    • Utilize the CRM to creating value to entire customer in the area.
    • Eliminate waste by managing with high effective on a company asset.
    • Planning with accuracy demand to meet customer expectation.
    • Target achieving on both net sales and variable contribution margin.
    • Creating new possibilities with the new channel/ products. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering field and 3+ years proven success selling commercial goods in Customer Service or Sales department.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
    • Experience in a sales role including all aspect of the sales cycle; prospecting of new clients, networking within industries, selling to specification and multiple steps sales processes.
    • Demonstrated knowledge and success within the sales process from demand creation to completion and how to affect the multiple-step sales process to drive revenue.
    • Proven proactive and persistence approach to lead generation and account management throughout the lifecycle of account acquisition, sales processes and over all relationship maintenance.
    • A strong and influential presenter in front of the groups. Ability to present at all levels of an organization in various communication modes.
    • A strong strategic thinker/planner who is capable of analyzing and continually improving a multi-step and multi-strategy sales model.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify and understand market, client and stakeholder needs in order to develop or better position the company resources to meet those needs.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications as well as familiarity with organizing and managing a CRM.
    • Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time.
