    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:



    • Annual communications plan: Propose and execute an annual communication plan that covers events, exhibitions, seminars, and above-the-line as well as digital communication plan that create synergies.

    • Execution of events, exhibitions and seminars: Manage the organization and execution of events across the AME region in a manner that adds value to the brand and products relevant to the target audience of the events. Coordinate and work together with the Sales organization to maximize value.

    • Printed material: Develop, produce and distribute all requirements for printed material whether it is product or brand related as a way to disseminate information. Work closely with the TAC and Sales teams to ensure consistency of the information and the format of the material.

    • Digital media channels (Website, social media, e-mail): Utilize the channels to maximize the exposure and disseminate information about Guardian Glass products within the AME region, relieving the Sales team for better comparative advantages. Utilizing the channels effectively launch new products, maximize event participation, increase customer engagement and build brand equity using the fewest resources possible.

    • Brand guidelines: Ensure implementation of the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all Guardian Glass brand exposure, be it through personal e-mail communications or major event sponsorships.

    • Internal Communications: Disseminate information internally and produce communication material required for presentations.

    • Market segmentation: Understand customer & consumer behavior, drivers and requirements across the region.

    • Market Research: Support other business units with required types of research, including NPS, CSAT, focused market studies, or any other appropriate format that gives the maximum value using the fewest resources.


     


     


     


     


    Qualifications:


     


    Ex. Education, experience etc.



    • Education Certificate's – Bachelor Degree from a recognized university

    • Work Experience: Communications role within the manufacturing field or advertising role

    • Years of Experience: 4 -6 years

    • Basic Needs:

      • Creative thinker driven by clear objectives

      • Ability to understand customer behavior and segmentation principles

      • Well organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

      • Attention to details

      • Understands principles of research and data collection



    • Languages: Arabic & English
