    Responsibilities

    Cold End Manager is responsible in the overall supervision of cutting and packing of product that complies with the Industry & Customer standard. Support Shift manager in decision making in terms of Product Quality and Effective Production cut-schedule. (Direct reports , 4 crew– 1 supervisor and 23 operators/ crew

    Direct Manager Title: Production Manager

    Objective of the Job:

    In-charge of the overall performance of Cold End department and ensure efficient operations toward achieving the objectives and target.

    Job Responsibilities & Results:

    • Develop annual objectives for cold end department.
    • Participate in the preparation of the production plan development with planning department to align with production schedule.
    • Support the Shift Manager in the effective implementation of Production plan.
    • Ensures product quality comply with standards and customer requirements.
    • Responsible in the establishment and maintenance Cold End Quality system.
    • Work on cost reduction that related to cold end department.
    • Ensuring compliance with the Environment, Health and Safety regulations.
    • Provides leadership and direction for senior management team through coaching, supporting, and developing direct reports; establishing annual performance objectives, conducting performance assessments, and identifying opportunities for skill development in coordination with HR dept.

    Job Requirement:

    • Education: Engineering or any related fields
    • Years of Experience: 7 to 10 years in production
    • Very good command of English
