    Our float glass plants in Dudelange and Bascharage in Luxembourg have an immediate opening for a:            



    Period: Up to twelve months internship starting in September/October 2018 – based in Dudelange, Luxembourg with regular interactions with our other country float glass plant in Bascharage


    Your challenge:


    • Day to day support to the Procurement department
    • Active participation to sourcing, plant tender negotiation, product standardization and assistance to internal customers on problem solving
    • Spend analysis and track opportunities to achieve best economical results to optimize and create savings
    • Collaborate with team members and participate to our project of Tool Crib Optimization
    • Provide local training on our procurement process and system to users to optimize the workflow
    • Maintain and update our contract database, item list & prices associated to our suppliers in our procurement system
    • Manage monthly Key Performance Indicators & reporting follow up

    Your profile:

    • A level + 3 years equivalent or more
    • Under internship agreement
    • Fluent in English and French, any other language skills are considered as assets
    • Good communication and negotiation skills
    • Customer oriented mindset – strong sense of service and support
    • Quick adaptation, team player, flexible and autonomous
    • Proactive, well-organized, accurate
    • Microsoft office (excel)
