    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

     

    Value Proposition & Program Development

    • Develops and implements programs (loyalty programs, customer forums, technical services, etc.) required to deliver each value proposition
    • Provide Technical guidance and resources
    • Provide Design guidance and resources
    • Best-In-Class Content Marketing

    Demand Creation and event Management

    • Manage Field Events like but not limited to Architect meet, Fabricator meet, Trade Shows, Conference, Seminars etc
    • Drives Close Alignment Between Product & Sales specifically through Field Marketing
    • Create enough leads thru events which can be qualified into sales
    • Develop and Maintain Strategic Go-To-Market Partnerships

    Advertising and Promotion Program

    • Develops the regional marketing communications plan
    • Develop Selling tools and Collaterals for Launch Flyer, Brochure, Sample Box, Performance Sheets, Glass Comparison Box
    • Promote GGL Products at Trade Shows, Conference, Seminars etc
    • Develop Media Campaigns target publications, ads.

    Digital Marketing

    • Build Communication, Content & Discipline Thought Leadership Practice
    • Develop and maintain website, apps
    • Manage Webinars and online Learning platforms
    • Develop digital ads, customized email blasts, social media posts, press release
    • Develop and Manage Customer Experience Centre thru VR

    Team

    • Interact closely with regional , sales, operations, customers, plant and functional leaders to ensure customer requirements are being met.
    • Part of the Marketing Team.
    • Provide the necessary leadership and direction to integrate continuous improvement in all areas of the Marketing.
    • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the Marketing function and process.

    Resolve customer complaints/issues (internal and external); using them as an opportunity to understand the true root cause and develop a plan to resolve the root cause. 

     

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or in business with a marketing emphasis , Master’s degree in Business Management- Marketing preferred
    • Minimum experience of 5 years in Marketing Field.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to create partnerships, and resolve conflict between work teams.
    • Strong computer, Writing and analytical skills.
    • Must thoroughly understand all critical aspects of Marketing , Sales and operations and be able to work effectively with team members and outside firms.
