    HR Generalist

    Seven years of related human resources generalist experience in a combination of: employee relations, collective bargaining agreement negotiation, benefit administration, HRIS, performance management, training and employee development, total compensation, and HR policies and practices. Strong at Mexican Labor Law and other relevant employment regulations. Fluent in English.


    • As part of the HR team will interview candidates.
    • Participates in the onboarding of new hired employees.
    • Enforces our Guiding principles, Code of Conduct, employee policies and internal procedures.
    • Maintain a close and proactive communication with supervisors in terms of employee performance, labor environment and all types of employee relations (notifications, disciplinary measures, terminations).
    • Assist employees with queries and concerns providing sound guidance during one-on-ones, roundtables, “lunch and learn” sessions, etc.
    • Will be part of the Security and Safety committee.
    • Maintains a collaborative relation with the Union delegates and leads the collective bargaining agreement.
    • Total Compensation management (Job offers, Salary Planning, Profit Sharing, Productivity Bonus, Compensation Surveys, etc.).
    • HRIS maintenance (Employee set up, salary and job title changes, etc.).
    • Leveraging HR analytics (overtime, turnover, absenteeism reports, etc.) and other problem-solving techniques, collaborates with the management and HR team to improve retention and morale.
    • Participates with the HR team to identify ways of streamlining processes supporting a lean culture and providing employees and supervisors a seamless experience when dealing with HR related matters.
    • Addresses labor inspections.
    • Conducts exit interviews.
    • Point of contact with external counsel.


    • At least seven years of HR Generalist experience.
    • Bachelor degree in business, psychology or related disciplines.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish.
    • Team oriented.
    • HRIS (People Soft, Fortia, Ceridian, etc.).
