    • Monitor and ensure that projects are correctly managed through the CRM system by:
      • Verifying data
      • Sharing deviations with Architectural Sales Managers (ASM), to ensure a clean and updated pipeline
      • Giving backup on data entry when needed  
    • Deliver identified specification tasks that lead to a better management of projects based on comparative advantage:
      • Enter sample request when needed (A4 and real built-up samples)
      • Provide technical sheets and data sheets
      • Identify and prioritize project references, request and follow up project on photos, authorizations and the process with Marketing & Communication team for publication
      • Support during organization and follow up on events organized by the ASM team
      • Any other ASM task that by comparative advantage could be identified. 
    • Manage relations and contracts with leads providers and lead managers external companies (vendors).
    • Plan, allocate and follow up bonified leads (provided by vendors) within the ASM team and/or external customers
    • Create adapted reports on Demand Creation activity to support decision making.

    •  Manage Demand Creation team KPIs:

      • Share and clarify the definitions as well as the proper way of administration of KPIs
      • Ensure they are properly populate
      • Ensure the KPIs are created and share
      • Underlying data is accurate
    • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in CRM system:
      • Drive adoption of tool within the ASM community
      • Test new releases
      • Train team
      • Trouble shooting related to user knowledge


      • University degree  
      • Fluent in English and German. Any other foreign languages would be an asset.
      • A fair knowledge in building products, construction business, or achitecture - is a nice to have 
      • Comfortable to work with different IT tools and systems
      • Customer oriented and analytical approach to problem solving
      • A team player, self-motivated, energetic and result oriented
