    Responsibilities

    • Responsible to welcome and greet visitors and clients (phone and physical).
    • Support with bookings and orders for all kind of interventions and meetings from the whole departments (meeting room organization, lunches, hotels or taxis for visitors).
    • Coordinate and maintain the office supplies.
    • Manage all incoming package deliveries and packaging and preparing labels for outbound shipments.
    • Give an administrative support.

     

    Qualifications:

    • University degree
    • 3-5 years experience in managing administrative tasks
    • Very good knowledge of English (French and German are an asset)
    • Good knowledge of the main software (MS-Excel, MS-Word and MS-Powerpoint)
    • Initiative and thoroughness, flexibility, sense of organization
    • Good relationship skills and team spirit
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously autonomously
