    A Day In The Life Typically Includes




    • Interact closely with production, operations, plant and functional leaders to ensure customer requirements are being met.
    • Develop the maintenance team and raise the competency level.
    • Guarantee the efficiency of the Maintenance processes for the site (standards implementation & improvement).
    • Coordinate all internal flows’ improvement actions (lead time reduction).
    • Provide the necessary leadership and direction to integrate continuous improvement in all areas of Maintenance.
    • Knowledge of efficient and safe manufacturing operations including product and employee safety, and OSHA standards.
    • Proven track record of cost control and continuous improvement in your department.
    • Provide leadership and direction to the safety of all employees and visitors to the facility.
    • Lead, track and improve performance on key location goals and objectives.
    • Develop crew members for improving individual and organization performance.
    • Lead performance management and corrective action processes for assigned crew.
    • Understand, develop, apply, and coach employees on our culture






    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3 to 5 yrs of experience in any continuous process or manufacturing industry
    • Working knowledge of pneumatic, Variable speed frequency drives, UPS and automated systems including robotics.
    • Work to support and troubleshoot issues with control systems including PLC programming, and interface systems to PLC’s such as MMI, SCADA and other filed instrument encoders, sensors etc..
    • Working knowledge on Motors, Diesel Generators,33KV systems, MCC’s
    • Hands on experience on calibration of transmitters
    • Willing to work rotating shift schedule.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
