    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities & Expectations

    • Provide support to US based locations on a variety of tasks using the HRIS system
    • Assist with the review and implementation of new and existing processes
    • Process HR changes such as new hires, terminations, salary changes, and other data and ensure accuracy of such data
    • Assist with report generation, maintenance and distribution
    • Maintain and ensure confidentially of data
    • Participate in the review and testing of HRIS upgrades
    • Work with US locations to trouble shoot issues
    • Assist with various projects related to HR
    • Extensive interaction with internal customers

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    • 1-3 years in an administrative role, preferably with HR, payroll, or benefits
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion and professionalism
    • Experience with HRIS software
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Well-organized, ability to handle multiple tasks at once
    • Dynamic and mature personality

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience in Human Resources or payroll preferably with a Global Organization

    Experience with the Dayforce HCM system
