    Responsibilities & Expectations

    • Global configuration and reporting in HRIS systems (Dayforce and People Planning)
    • Data integration with external systems (Infor, external partners)
    • Recommend system and processes changes to solve for various and complex HR problems / needs
    • Connect with users to analyze, design, develop, test and implement programs to meet special and on-going needs of HR information
    • Develop, prepare and analyze reports and queries based on the needs of the business
    • Work directly with business leaders, including finance and HR to clarify intent, identify problems, provide business solutions, and determine needed programming
    • Provide direction and support to US based locations on a variety of tasks using the HRIS system that is scalable and effective
    • Closely work with the review, design and implementation of new and existing processes
    • Maintain and ensure confidentially of data
    • Analyze testing, and implementation of HRIS upgrades
    • Extensive interaction with internal customers

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably working with databases
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion and professionalism
    • Experience with HRIS software
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Well-organized, ability to handle multiple tasks at once
    • Dynamic and mature personality, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong skills using Microsoft Excel

    Preferred Skills

    • SQL Knowledge
    • Experience in Human Resources or payroll preferably with a Global Organization
    • Experience with the Dayforce HCM system
