    Responsibilities & Expectations

    • Ensure proper preventative maintenance is carried out within the facility; verify that the correct PMs are being done with the correct frequency.
    • Develop and lead predictive maintenance (PDM) program; develop maintenance personnel to take readings
    • Manage rebuilds of attenuators, pumps, batch chargers, mixers, etc.
    • Assist in planning for Coater Vents
    • Assist with department improvement projects to improve effectiveness and efficiency

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
    • 3 - 5 years of work experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
    • Demonstrated ability as a leader and the ability to influence others
    • Detail oriented with good facilitation, communication, computer, and organizational skills
    • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical ability
    • Demonstrated knowledge of electrical, mechanical, machine report and preventative maintenance programs.
    • Ability to read and understand blueprints and equipment drawings.
    • Project management skills leading multiple concurrent projects
