    Guardian Czestochowa Sp. o.o. is part of Guardian Industries – one of the world's largest manufacturers of float and processed glass.

    We are currently seeking a candidate for IT Network Administrator position to our plant in Czestochowa.


    The IT Network Administrator will be responsible for managing the IT environment at the plant following the general established guidelines for the role in Europe based on the inputs from the EU IT supervisor and the local netadmin.

    Helping the permanent local staff during their peak workload related to the CTR & Poland 2 projects in the customer care service area, installing new equipment, diagnosing and fixing problems will be the main duties.


    • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (monitors, printers etc.)
    • Check computer hardware (HDD, mouse’s, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
    • Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
    • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
    • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
    • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
    • Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
    • Maintain and organize cabling low voltage computer installation’s.


    • Technical education in IT
    • Fluent in English,
    • Customer service oriented

    Ability to:

    • Communicate effectively (verbal & written) within the department, plant and regional organizations
    • Initiative and ability to work in a team
