    Responsibilities & Expectations

    Market Research and Opportunity Identification

    ·         Understand market size, segmentation, market drivers and trends

    ·         Map each market’s channels, including volumes, companies at each level, pricing and market restrictions and regulations

    ·         Research and understand products and product requirements, services and current distribution practices.

    ·         Determine proper dealer coverage in each market

    ·         Understand competition for all levels of supply chain.

     

    Customer Support and Development

    ·         Responsible for identification, prioritization and development of dealers that are critical for increasing ShowerGuard sales in each market

    ·         Use segmentation research to identify key clients in each market

    ·         Develop strategic plans to gain support of key prospects in each market

    ·         Identify and address future needs of dealers

    ·         Analyze dealer performance and work with sales force to assist in growth of specific key accounts

    ·         Articulate the current ShowerGuard value proposition to all levels of the supply chain

    ·         Support existing Registered Dealers

    o    Provide product training

    o    Manage the ShowerGuard warranty process

    o    Provide downstream customer support

    o    Supply proper samples and marketing material

     

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    ·         At least 3 years sales and/or account management experience with proven success in the shower door or glass fabrication business.

    ·         Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

    Competencies for Success

    ·         Understand the current shower enclosure supply chain with an emphasis on direct experience with fabrication sales and/or shower enclosure sales directly to dealers and/or homeowners

    ·         Understand current approach to market and learn to drive the strategy through the dealer segment

    ·         Market segmentation, product management and business development experience

    ·         Forward thinking and creative attitude

    ·         Attention to detail

    ·         Ability to multi-task, results oriented

    ·         Sense of urgency and a self-starter

    ·         Strong presentation skills

    ·         Flexibility and adaptability

    ·         Perseverance, “will not fail” attitude

    ·         Team player

    ·         Ability to travel—Up to 75-80%, including on short notice
