    For our location in Katowice, Poland, we are looking for Customer Service Administrators for an immediate start. 

    Responsibilities

     

    Working as part of an administrative team: the role will take full responsibility to undertake all administrative tasks that support the Customer Service Co-ordinator, Key Account Co-ordinator and Business Segment co-ordinators:

     

    • Preparing and arranging communication to customers
    • Performing routine administrative tasks including dealing with incoming and outgoing post
    • Back up for Customer Service activities including Sales Order Processing
    • Promptly entering and recording customer complaints and project quotations
    • Booking of sample requests
    • Cooperate closely with Internal departments to ensure effective order fulfilment
    • Maintain and update customers’ database and files
    • Raising & sending customer credit/debit notes

    • Efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
    • Self-motivated
    • Interpersonal and communication skills
    • Enthusiastic and team spirit
    • Adaptability and flexibility
    • Fluent spoken and written English, Additional Eastern Europe language would be a strong sdvantage
    • IT Literate
    • Proficient in written & spoken English Language
