     For our Goole site, we are looking for a Coater Process Engineer.


    Reporting to the Fabrication Manager you will join the existing Coater Process Team in order to take responsibility for providing technical support to the production facility. You will be responsible for creating value through process improvement with a clear focus on safety, quality and production. You will be capable of carrying out process improvements with one eye on the bigger picture whilst driving forward our company culture that has health and safety at its core.



    Principle Accountabilities

    • Your role will focus on supporting the business in the pursuit of Health & Safety excellence through process improvements within the function.
    • Provide support to the existing coater process team to optimise the current product portfolio as well as facilitate future product development and assist in any product investigations or assessments in the field.
    • You will be responsible for working with the wider coater process team in order to develop and review operational procedures to help eliminate waste from the business.
    • You will be effective in communicating within the team and across other areas of the business in order to build buy in and support for improvements.
    • You will be responsible for monitoring performance and analysing this information to then drive the business forward.





    • You will be educated to degree level or above in an Engineering discipline with established experience in a demanding manufacturing environment.
    • Be a results-driven individual who can work well alone and as part of a wider team who is always aiming to deliver what you set out to achieve but unafraid to make mistakes and learn from them.
    • You will have excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with a diverse range of people.
