    Responsibilities

     

    • Participate in the preparation of annual plan for Hot End
    • Transfer the unit objective into individual objective based on man power allocation
    • Follow up production plan achievement and report the production status to direct manager
    • Align with shift manager the Shift productivity and report with any further activities related to shift
    • Ensure the communication within the unit and ensure that all unit tasks, activities is taking place with team
    • Ensure that the quality rate, percentage is matching standard and customer orders
    • Organize the distribution of work load and tasks between units team
    • Organize the communication between Hot End and other co-related units within operations to ensure good level of coordination
    • Participate in the enhancement and development of unit process and procedures
    • Participate in the preparation of the annual maintenance plan
    • Ensure that the Maintenance plan implementation is taking place as planned
    • Communicate with Maintenance team with any maintenance issues and troubleshooting
    • Provide the needed support (technical, non- technical) to all unit team
    • Follow up with finished product warehouse the receiving products condition and ensure that it reflecting production plan
    • Work on cost reduction percentage projects
    • Follow up production rates and ensure the receiving of Hot End operations reports from all shifts
    • The employee must be aware by Guardian health & safety policies and loss control programs
    • Employee must be fully inducted with safety inductions programs
    • Ensuring compliance with the health and safety regulations and quality standards
    • Present the regular reports to direct manager includes all required approved data
    • The employee is responsible to achieve current assigned responsibilities and any further responsibilities assign in the future as well

     

     

    Qualifications:

    • Education Certificate's – BSC degree of science-chemistry, chemical engineer or mechanical engineer
    • Years of Experience: minimum 6 year
    • Basic Needs:Languages: English
