Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  1. Develop video based training content for internally developed software.
  2. Manage translation services required for developed assets.
  3. Develop an understanding of the software’s intended use and functionality that needs to be conveyed to users.
  4. Provide effort estimates for requirements and assist in the breakdown of requirements to development tasks.
  5. Utilize Microsoft Stream channels to organize and publish completed content.
  6. Possibly integrate completed content with existing Learning Management System (LMS) components.
  7. Develop workflow that will be used for maintaining training assets as software evolves.

What we need from you:

  1. 1+ years of technical documentation experience
  2. 1+ years of video production experience
  3. Provide a portfolio of communication\training content in varying mediums (e.g. written, video, or slides)
  4. 1+ years working with STEM professionals
  5. Ability to communicate and document effectively
  6. Ability to work with limited guidance in a team environment
  7. Basic understanding of Agile project management methodologies

Experience that would be beneficial:

  1. 1+ years of maintenance and/or reliability experience in an industrial setting
  2. 1+ years of Microsoft O365 collaboration tools
  3. 1+ years of training in an international setting
  4. Experience in TFS\VSTS
