For our EU Sales organisation, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for DACH / ITALY markets as part of the Sales Leadership team reporting to the Sales Director Europe.  

 

The primary function of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for DACH & ITALY is to drive the sales strategy and team of people in charge of field-sales of Guardian’s wide array of products and services within that region. 

Responsibilities

The RSM is responsible for creating the greatest long-tem value in the region by:

 

  • Sharing the vision and the satrategy within his/her sale team
  • Virtue & Talents of his/her team: having the right people in the right role, making his/her team grow within the company through the individual develpoment cycles and ensuring that people with the right virtue and talent are hired, developed and retained.
  • Ensured that knowledge is acquired, shared and applied within his team and develop mesures that lead to profitable action.
  • Ensure that his7her team members have the right roles, responsbilities and decision rights to achieve the common vision and holding them accountable for their individual contributions to achieve it.
  • Motivate and incentivize each employee to make the maximum contribution to the long-term value of the company.
  • To Advance the MBM culture within his/her team.

Your profile:

  • 6-10 years of experience in similar Sales cycle and/or Specification business
  • Experience as Team Leader
  • Ability to understand the key aspects of selling on value as opposed to price
  • Frequent overnight travel
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Master’s Degree required
