    For our Sales organisation in Germany, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager for DACH customers, covering the area from Frankfurt am Main up to Hamburg, including Ruhr region. 


    The primary function of the Area Sales Manager is to drive the field-sales growth of Guardian’s wide array of products and services within a specific, pre-designated territory. This person proactively engages with current, new and potential customers to increase our industry footprint by leveraging his/her product knowledge to increase sales and profitable growth. 


    • Proactively and consistently engages with new and existing customers to establish effective strong relationships
    • Actively develops future strategy and drives growth to better manage and enhance relationships with customers
    • Utilises in-depth product knowledge plus industry, geographical and market awareness to successfully represent Guardian’s products and services
    • Develops assigned territory by connecting with strategic contacts, key stakeholders and continuously enhancing relationships whilst in parallel targeting new opportunities for profitable growth
    • Working in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager, other TSM’s and the Architectural Sales Manager, executes appropriate market penetration and development strategies
    • Handles all price negotiations keeping in mind long-term value creation
    • Keep the customer up-to-date on product and price information
    • Develops and delivers sales and educational presentations in a professional and effective manner to our internal and customers
    • Record, analyze, report & forecast account information to identify sales strategies and objectives

    Your profile

    • 3-5 years of experience in similar Sales cycle and Specification business

    • Ability to understand the key aspects of selling on value as opposed to price

    • Ability to work individually as well as within the sales team including

    • Frequent overnight travel

    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    • Native in German, Fluent in English
