  • Maintains executive’s calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, Skype and conference calls with Meticulous attention to detail
  • Candidate is extremely organized with the ability to anticipate executive’s needs to help optimize time to add value
  • Reliable and dependable and possesses excellent work ethic - willing to go the extra mile
  • Works in fast-paced environment w/ the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to handle fast paced and occasionally stressful situations
  • Reserves conference rooms, arrange for catering and ensures IT needs are met for meetings
  • Books extensive and very detailed domestic/international travel agendas
  • Maintains office supplies
  • Prepares meeting materials (compile large PPT presentations, print documents and assemble books)
  • Demonstrates discretion and confidentiality with a high level of professionalism
  • Collaborates closely with executive suite
  • Contributes to the team by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Processes various department invoices
  • Manage phone, email and written communications
  • Organize and coordinate large high level meetings, sometimes at off-site location
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage small projects independently
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a group environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting demands and priorities and act independently
  • Ability to connect and communicate with people from cultures around the world
  • Minimum 7 years administrative support experience
  • Minimum 2 years of executive administrative support experience
  • Occasional non-core working hours required
  • Proficient in MS Office®, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Share Point

  • Associate’s degree
