  • Manage all aspects of project scheduling to ensure competent, efficient and timely execution of project or turnaround activities in accordance with contractual requirements, company project controls standards and procedures, and industry best practices
  • Support Engineering and Plants in the delivery of Capital and Turnaround projects and in the development and analysis of schedules from conceptual phase through construction execution and project close-outs.
  • Develop capital project and turnaround schedule templates and procedures in Microsoft Project.
  • Continuously improve project schedules by applying industry best practices and lessons learned through the analysis of project performance.
  • Work with Site and Construction Planners to ensure alignment of schedule with capital and maintenance work to be performed.
  • Work with Contractors, Constructors, Vendors, and others to obtain pertinent schedule information.
  • Analyze schedules from Contractors to make sure they are of the right quality, scope and accuracy to effectively execute the project.
  • Verify schedule integrity and evaluate logic and float paths
  • Support thirdy party validation analysis to assess readiness efforts.
  • Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, deviations and variances from baseline, trending charts and analysis on a periodic basis





  • Technical High School Degree is required, B.S. in Engineering, Project Management, Construction or related field is preferred
  • Experience in project scheduling and project management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in using Microsoft Project scheduling software.
  • Ability to develop and enhance project scheduling methodology and model
  • Background in project and/or turnaround scheduling in an industrial and/or construction environment.
  • Strong computer skills and proven proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to self-direct and work with minimum supervision
  • Strong team skills
  • Proactive and able to learn quickly
  • Fluent in English
