We are looking for a Customer Quality Manager, for DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy). You will be ideally located in Bavaria's region, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Key Account Customers and Focused Customers identified by Regional Sales Manager
  • Claim management: Investigation, assistance, approval and response
  • Standardize Product Quality specifications within Plants and Customers
  • Be an example of Safety First within Plants and Customers
  • Be the single point of contact for customer claims: close the loop
  • Introduce Quality & Technical mentality in Architectural business
  • Support customers needs regarding Quality
  • Assure all claims are managed through the European quality system
  • Collect of pertinent information for FULL Root cause investigation
  • Follow up of claims with statistics and trend
  • Work with the responsible plant on up date

Qualifications

  • German and English language skills are requested, Italian is an asset
  • Experience in customer facing roles
  • Glass Technical knowledge and quality knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
  • Excellent analytical skills
