  • Ongoing responsibilities include:
    • Manage commercial paper issuance and develop analytics to monitor and maximize effectiveness of commercial paper program
    • Support negotiation and documentation of various treasury agreements (e.g., cash management, commercial paper, overdraft facilities, guaranties, ISDA)
    • Active role in debt capital markets activities to include structuring, credit, documentation and analytical support for syndicated loans, private placements, bonds, bilateral credit facilities, trade finance and project finance
    • Support bank relationship management by developing financial presentations
    • Support the development of materials for credit rating agencies and support communication regarding management priorities and financial performance
    • Debt compliance activities including financial covenant calculations and covenant reporting
    • Ad-hoc shareholder reporting for Treasury
    • Backup cash management operations in the U.S. and international operations

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Two to five years of financial analysis experience -- including such topics as financial modeling, forecasting, capital markets, investment analysis and risk management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to prioritize projects and to work independently and within informal project teams
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills in a wide variety of settings
  • Committed to day-in, day-out contributions


Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in in Business, Finance or Economics
  • Previous experience with using Bloomberg Terminal
  • Exceptional user of Microsoft Office products
