Guardian Czestochowa Sp. o.o. is part of Guardian Industries – one of the world's largest manufacturers of float and processed glass.
We are currently seeking a candidate for HR Business Partner position to our plant in Czestochowa.

 

Successful HR Business Partner will be responsible for leading the HR team to ensure exceptional HR support for plant needs and support the leaders to advance company culture. Establishing standards on designated areas. Leading different projects and improvements initiative. HR Business Partner will cooperate with management of different levels and with all plant staff, also with company global and regional capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Advancing company culture
• Provide advice and support to business leaders covering Company Culture, Employee Relations, Total Compensation, Organizational Development, Career Development, Change Management and Recruitment
• Lead a team of HR colleagues to deliver exceptional HR support for plant needs
• Cooperation with HR capability and business leaders across the Guardian
• Coach and develop leadership skills around employee relations and talent management based on company culture
• Assist employees with enquiries and concerns. Act as an impartial advocate for fair and equitable treatment
• Ensure site talent strategies are in place that anticipate our local need for talent
• Serve as a resource to both leaders and plant staff by providing policy and procedure interpretation, mitigating risk by ensuring compliance with all employment laws
• Develop local HR policies & practices that support our culture and the vision of the business
• Leading and participating in HR projects
• Improvement and optimization of HR processes
• Deployment and implementation of new HR strategies within your defined area and scope
• Responsible for all aspects of HR auditing & reporting

 

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development
• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Human Resources positions
• Previous experience in a multinational production environment
• Safety behavior oriented
• Company culture oriented
• Fluency in English
• Superior communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Good knowledge and great understanding of labor law
• Business support oriented
• Enthusiastic, proactive, professional and flexible who operates with the highest levels of integrity and compliance
• Discrete and diplomatic - ability to deal with all levels of employees in the organization on employee matters
• Experience in project management
• Ability to analyze problems quickly and development of corrective actions
• Ability to international travel when needed
