Our company is searching for an experienced and reliable Executive Assistant, who will work directly with the Vice-President of Guardian Glass and the Human Resources Director for Europe & Russia. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate executive communications, including handling phone calls & emails

Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries, manage the Vice-President’s diary

Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place, such as kick-off meetings, quarterly leadership meetings, trainings for employees and high level executive visits

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

Arrange expense reporting and invoices

Various involvements on projects (regional training organization…)

 

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software

Exceptional written and oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities

Proactive person, able to anticipate the needs and making suggestions

Stress-resistant, Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

Sensitivity to confidential information

Flexibility

Attention to details

English language, Dutch is an asset
