Role: The European Logistics Manager is responsible for the logistics, safety and compliance operations within Central and East Europe. This position is responsible for EU Logistics operations and strategy and will report to Logistic and Warehouse Manager Europe.


  • Ensure compliance with all EU logistical regulations
  • Manage Team of around 4 Logistics Coordinators remotely
  • On a day to day basis ensure that transportation continually delivers safe, low-cost, high quality and on-time deliveries through direct management of our internal transport operations.
  • Manage outbound logistics, brokerage, customs, 3PL and distribution functions to ensure goods are at the right place at the right time at the lowest possible cost.
  • Generate and Manage all relevant documentation for Outbound across EU
  • Working closely with all cross-functional disciplines to identify and resolve logistics needs/opportunities and their impact on the entire supply chain, managing stakeholder's expectations and ensuring the logistics operation delivers on its promises.
  • Negotiate carrier rates, services and contracts
  • Work with shipping lines across all mode of shipments
  • Identify, develop and implement distribution cost savings projects.
  • Responsible for managing 3rd Party Logistics Provider (3PL) services, including contractual oversight.
  • Manages/executes transport validation studies when required
  • Investigates and resolves problems involving Logistics
  • Handle special projects as required, especially involving Logistics, Warehousing, Shipping and SAP


  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or preferred); MBA or Graduate level Supply Chain degree preferred.
  • People Management experience
  • Expert in Global Logistics - Road, Sea & Ocean
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Project Management Skills
  • Highly motivated and team player.
  • Positive person with excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Strong Analytical, conceptual, problem solving & decision making skills
